We’ve been building communities for many many years. These have been communities with impact, strategy and sustainability. All these communities have one thing in common — they’ve been built with a Minimum Viability Community approach.

🥳 We believe this is one of the best ways to build community and you can do this too.

In this course, Rosie and Erin will teach you our approach to building Minimum Viable Communities from scratch. No prior experience is needed! We will instil the confidence in you to build that community that your heart desires.

Why do Minimum Viable Communities work so well?

Often we dive into building communities with big plans and expectations, when really what we need to do is start small, experiment and prove we are on the right track.

Before we can understand how to build bigger, better and stronger communities we should give focus to the foundations — these require small intentional hypothesis.

Yes, but what is an MVC?

An MVC allows you to efficiently validate the concepts for your community and build those crucial early relationships

By building a Minimum Viable Community, you can simultaneously build trust, relationships and determine what your community will need.

In this self-paced course you will learn the fundamentals of creating impact at a small scale.

What can we expect topics can we expect to learn from the course?

  • How to conduct good enough community research and discovery

  • Strategies and tactics for creating conversations that matter

  • How to build the foundations of a community flywheel

  • Building foundational relationships
