This is a database of real community job descriptions that have been published by companies.

I created this because a few people kept asking me if I had example job descriptions.

I also think it would be interesting to have data built up over time. I plan to update this mostly on a weekly basis.

❌ What it won’t give you:

• jobs to apply for
• job links to visit (they tend to disappear fairly quickly)
• how to write a good job description
• tell you which ones are good or bad

✅ What it can do for you:

• show you community job titles people are using
• help you understand what other companies are seeking when hiring community people
• give you a sense of salary ranges (where made available)
• over time, hopefully we can identify trends
• give you ideas for creating your own job description

I’ve created filters for types of jobs, pay ranges and locations. The full database is towards the bottom.

🌱 You can take a copy of this Notion Resource by ‘Duplicating’ it from the top right. Though bear in mind you won’t get updates that we make on your duplicated versions.
